I was very pleased with the welcome at check in. I had called in advance to ask if we could access the pool before check in and they said that it shouldn't be a problem. When I arrived, check in line was a little busy, but while Marc checked me in, I again asked about using the pool before check in (since I arrived at 1pm and check in is at 3pm). He was so nice about and even said that he had a room ready with a better view and that he could check us in so that we could leave our stuff in the room and head to the pool! It was such a great gesture, and we were so grateful :) The room itself is simple, not overly modern, but was spacious and clean. The bathroom is a generous size. The ice machine on the 17th floor wasn't working both times I visited, but not a big deal, I just got ice from a different floor. The amenities are fantastic! We booked the hotel mainly for the pool, and it did not disappoint! It was a bit busy, but that was expected on a long weekend. There were also a lot of lounge chairs which were just a bit away from the pool. Area was well maintained, and there was always plenty of towels. The gym was bright, clean and a good size with lots of new equipment. My friend and I really enjoyed the Peloton bikes! The change rooms are also well attended. I remember walking through the Sheraton years ago and it's gone through a massive overhaul. It was a beautiful hotel before, but now it's even more inviting - bright, contemporary and light - it was a beautiful stay! It's also located to many things and very walkable! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it others! Great value for downtown Toronto - especially if you can make use of all the amenities.

Sheraton -Simply The Best! Amazing staff, beautiful atmosphere with a variety of backgrounds, fantastic amenities inside our room, perfect location to stay and get around to events and visit sites (celebrated my 60th birthday) and was graciously upgraded by Steven. We had a fantastic view of the Nathan Phillips Square for 2 nights. We arrived 3 hours early and was allowed to check in immediately with my autistic-adult son. We were loaned a small microwave; which made everything perfect and exceptional! We ate at the CF Eaton Centre which is in walking distance. We also walked to the St.Lawrence Market; along with the CN Tower and the Ripley's Aquarium (next to each other). This was my first time going to these 3 sites (my bucket list). Our beds were too comfortable. 🙃 I could have just stayed in bed for two days and just watch tv and admire the view outside. We were there on rainy and foggy days.

The property is in the heart of Toronto Canada, close to every landmarks and walking distance, such as CN tower. Ripley’s aquarium, Roger’s center and food restaurants. Customer service was there, very polite and hospitable staff from the moment I checked in, explore the property up to checking out. Monica, from service desk was very helpful, accommodating and friendly when I was checking in and answered my few questions. She gave me the best view on my room which was facing the famous CN tower. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to my friends who are planning to visit Toronto Canada.

Overall a good hotel, the downside is that the windows on the 41st floor are dirty, looking out onto the courtyard, it looks like they haven't been cleaned for a long time and I noticed it at dinner, the upside is the comfortable, soft bed, the staff is polite, always smiling, entertainment shows and discos are warm, cozy (although the room was cool (maybe I need to know how and where to turn on the heat) and the TV didn't work, I couldn't connect my phone, their YouTube. Overall good. Thank you.

This hotel is situated in a perfect location in the heart of downtown, making it convenient for exploring the city. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is fantastic, especially on sunny days, and the lobby is vibrant and interesting. The valet parking is convenient (it's so pricey though). Additionally, the guest service is excellent, with friendly staff ensuring a pleasant stay.
